Refund policy

At Ebxotic Lace Trap, we are committed to delivering the highest quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Due to health and safety reasons, all sales are final, and we cannot accept returns on hair extensions or wigs.

Cancellations:

Once an order has been processed, cancellations are subject to 15% restocking fee. Please ensure all selections are correct before placing your order, as custom items are made to order.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are only available in the rare event that a mistake was made on our end (e.g., incorrect item sent). While this is highly unlikely, if such an issue occurs, we will address it promptly.


Please note that all product details are clearly provided beforehand, including cap sizes, density, lace type, and other specifications. We strongly encourage customers to carefully read product descriptions before making a purchase to ensure the selected item meets their expectations.


Important Notes:

Once the lace on a wig has been cut, it is not eligible for credit, exchange, or adjustments.

Hair extensions and wigs must remain in their original condition as delivered. This includes:

Not being brushed out, wet, or chemically altered in any way.

Remaining in the same state as when you received them.
