Email Only: Once you’ve placed an order, all inquiries must be sent via email at Support@ebxotic.com. Please include your order number along with your comment, question, or concern. Instagram DMs, TikTok comments, or any other social media messages are not considered valid forms of communication and will not be responded to. Only emails are monitored for order-related inquiries.
